Frequently Asked Questions

 

All orders will be hand packed for you by our USPA Tower Shop Volunteers. 

Orders will be filled once a week on Wednesdays. You will be notified when it is ready. Please note your cell number at checkout.

*** ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE BE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR (2 weeka before school ends) ***
ITEMS FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FALL 


Delivery Options: 
1. Merchandise can be sent home with your son. Lower School (grades JK - 4th) will be delivered to the classroom.  Middle School (grades 5 - 8) students will pick it up from Mrs. Klein at the main tower doors.

2. If you would prefer to pick-up on your own, select This is a Gift during checkout and your items will be left with Mrs. Klein. Mrs. Klein is available from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, M-F at the main tower doors.

COMMON FAQ'S:

Q:  Can I order and pick-up on the same day?
A:  The store manager may need up to 48-hours to fill the order. Your order may be able to be delivered directly to your son. If you would prefer to pick up yourself, please include your cell phone number and note that in check out. You will receive a text when your order is ready for pick-up. You can email Towershop@us.edu with any questions.

Q:  Can my items be shipped?
A:  I’m sorry, we are volunteers and unable to provide that service. Pick-up/delivery to your son in school only.

Q:  Can I cancel or change my order?
A:  The system processes the items as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Q:  Can I exchange my order?
A:  Yes! Please stop in with your item or leave it with Mrs. Klein (include a note and your receipt with all the necessary information).

Q:  How do I return my order?
A:  Please stop in with your item or leave it with Mrs. Klein (include a note and your receipt with all the necessary information).

Q: If an item is sold out, can I place an order?
A: Unfortunately, once items are sold out, they are no longer in stock and we will not be reordering. Some items are limited to begin with, because they have been in the store longer than others.

Q: What size should I buy my child? 
A: Buying bigger is always better. They can wear it next year! 

The merchandise is purchased from different vendors and each one is slightly different, but generally speaking an XS is a 5-6. Small 7-8, Medium 9-10, Large 12-14 and XL 14-16.   

Q:  Do you carry adult sizes?
A:  Yes - we carry men's, women's and unisex in adult.  However, if we do not have what you are looking for, please log on to the upper school’s online store at prepshoponline.com

Q:  My son needs a new Cotton House Shirt?
A:  No problem! To order a new house shirt for your son you can either fill out the online order form or email Joy Klein at JKlein@us.edu. Purchases will be charged to your school account.

Available in both short and long sleeves sizes SM-XL. 

If you choose to email Joy please include the following information:

  • Students First and Last Name
  • Grade
  • Teacher or Sponsor’s Name
  • House
  • Size of Shirt
  • Youth or Adult
  • Short Sleeve or Long Sleeve

    Q:  My son needs a Performance House Shirt/Hoodie?
    A:      No problem! Performance House Gear can be purchased through our third party vendor by clicking HERE. Please read the details about when your house gear will be available.

    Q: My son needs a new Tie?
    A:  The Tower Shop will have ties in stock.  However, please plan ahead as we have limited shop hours.
